1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between

– and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the PurePure™ website, hereinafter referred to as the Client.
The acquisition of a property through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions of sale.
PurePure™ reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer.
2 – Characteristics of the proposed properties
The products sold are those listed in the catalog published on the PurePure™ website. These products are available for sale within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
3 – Rates
The prices in the catalog in Swiss francs including Swiss VAT taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. PurePure™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer. PurePure™ reserves the right not to deliver products whose prices are incorrect, but undertakes to inform its customers of a price difference and to offer alternative products. PurePure™ can carry out sales or promotions on its catalog. These offers are only valid during the period of publication on the site and cannot be requested retroactively.
PurePure™ display prices and place orders in Euros. Any bank charges resulting from payment made by the Customer in another currency remain at his expense. Catalog prices in Euros exclude free of any Swiss VAT fees. However, deliveries outside Switzerland & Liechtenstein are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Purchase vouchers or discounts distributed on or via partner sites are only valid under the conditions set out in the offer. These purchase orders or discounts can only be used when ordering and must be used in the field provided for this purpose. Under no circumstances may a voucher or discount be applied retroactively.
The Customer has the possibility to have his order delivered to his home: in this case delivery costs will be added to the prices of the products and will be displayed in the “shopping basket” section. Shipping costs are calculated automatically. Orders above CHF/EUR 100.- are free.
4 – Orders and closing of the sale
The Customer, who wishes to purchase a product on the PurePure™ website, must go through the various stages of the purchasing process (summary of the products chosen and placed in the basket, identification, choice of address and delivery method and choice of payment and settlement method under the conditions provided). The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided, and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. PurePure™ will communicate by e-mail the details of the recorded order.
The price of purchases made on the website www.pure-pure.ch is due at the time of ordering, without discount; payment is made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal.
PurePure™ does not have access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. The information entered is encrypted and transmitted to STRIPE in a secure manner without PurePure™ or third parties being able to access it.
5 – Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process. Delivers to all countries served by the Swiss Post. Contact us in case of special delivery request.
The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the “shopping cart” section and is subject to the approval of the Customer before the validation of each order; shipping costs are calculated automatically. Orders above CHF/EUR 100.- are free by default.

Swiss VAT will be deducted from the purchase price but the recipient must pay the carrier the import taxes (VAT of the recipient country), as well as all customs duties and charges relating to his order and which will be requested upon delivery.

5.2. Delivery times
Delivery times apply once the payment has been registered with our accounting department, the package has been prepared and deposited with our delivery service provider, for products in stock. For products that are not in stock, it is necessary to add an approximate delay of 6 weeks corresponding to the average manufacturing time of PurePure™ are back in stock.
The delivery times are those of the Swiss Post:
– 1 to 2 working days for Switzerland & Liechtenstein
– 7 to 14 working days for other countries, depending on the conditions of the local post office
PurePure™ undertakes to inform the customer of any delay in delivery but cannot be held liable for any compensation on this account.

5.3. Delivery Terms and Conditions
In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made within two days of delivery. The Customer must contact PurePure™ Customer Service by email for any complaint.
The claim must be completed with photos of the damage and the damaged part(s).
6 – Warranties and retraction
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, PurePure™’s warranty is limited to the return of the product and the exchange or refund of the product, provided that the Customer complies with the conditions and deadlines indicated in the following paragraph.
Regardless of the existence of a non-conformity of the product, the Customer, a non-professional natural person, has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of his order to notify PurePure™ off the return of the product for exchange or refund.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have be opened. Returns of tailored products are not possible.
Returns of orders shipped within Switzerland & Liechtenstein and outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must attach to his shipment the product, the number of the order concerned by the return, the description of the product or products concerned by the return, as well as a request for an exchange or refund.

The refund is made within 14 days of the registration of your return. It is carried out directly according to the payment method used by the customer when placing his order (credit card or PayPal).
Orders placed on the PurePure™ website cannot be returned or exchanged in the shops.
7 – Warranties and Liability
PurePure™ has taken all necessary precautions to ensure both the reliability of information and secure access to its website www.pure-pure.ch
However, PurePure™ cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee the total absence of material errors, technical deficiencies or other unintended problems.
Similarly, no guarantee can be given as to the compatibility of the site with your particular needs and uses.
PurePure™ cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever related to the use of its site, and disclaims any responsibility for the information contained in other sites that may be linked to its own by a hypertext link or any other means.
8 – Intellectual Property Rights
All data of any nature whatsoever, and in particular texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video clips, trademarks, software, appearing on the Site, are necessarily protected by copyright, trademark law and all other intellectual property rights.
PurePure™, in its capacity as publisher of the Site, grants the User a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right of use of the said content.
The user undertakes in these conditions not to reproduce, summarize, modify, alter or redistribute, without the prior express authorization of the publisher, any text, title, application, software, logo, logo, brand, information or illustration, for any purpose other than strictly private, which excludes any representation for professional purposes or mass redistribution.
Similarly, the user undertakes not to copy all or part of the site onto another site or an internal company network. PurePure™ shall not be held liable for any use made by users of the data accessible on the site.

We only use your data for the proper processing of your order. The email address provided at the time of registration will only be used to inform you of our new sales. You can unsubscribe at any time. PurePure™ undertakes not to disclose your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The use of the www.apure-pure.ch site is authorized for private use only. Any commercial use, in particular for the purpose of reselling the products purchased on the site to third parties, is prohibited. Any violation of this obligation will be sanctioned. Damages are reserved.
11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between PurePure™ and the client is governed by Swiss law. For any dispute relating to the relationship between PurePure™ and the client, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of PurePure™.
