Shipping Policy

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at the check-out. Orders in Switzerland & Liechtenstein are free of charge! Delivery outside Switzerland are as well free of charge, if above CHF 100.-.

All deliveries are made via the Swiss Post Priority service. Orders made before 12:00 will be delivered within 2 business days in Switzerland & Liechtenstein. All other countries will be delivered within 4 to 6 business days.

Return Policy

Cancellations have to be made before products are shipped otherwise one has to follow our return policy. Products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery, if not opened. PurePure Sarl has the right to refuse returns, if products have been opened or damaged. Damaged goods a have to be claimed within two days of its receive otherwise, they aren’t eligible for a return. Return shipping costs aren’t covered by PurePure Sarl.
